Ten Thousand Villages in Ephrata, PA, the first and largest store in the Ten Thousand Villages network, offers exquisite fairly traded home decor, gifts and personal accessories reflecting the traditions and cultures of artisans from the developing world.  Our spacious store includes the Oriental Rug Gallery and The Café @ Ten Thousand Villages.  See our calendar of events for weekly happenings.


The Oriental Rug Gallery carries hand-knotted, heirloom quality Oriental rugs made by fairly paid adults in Pakistan. You will find more than 1800 rugs in sizes from 2x3 to 10x14.   • Check our weekly menu for August 30–September 4. Our Café features a fair trade espresso bar, fair trade coffees and teas and other specialty drinks along with fresh, delicious soups, salads, quiches, wraps, panini and desserts.
